Rental Agreement
The
waterfront property and cottage located at:
The tenant agrees to pay $_______plus a $350 security deposit to Bill Fligg at time of reserving the cottage rental. The rental period will be from ______________________ to ___________________. Arrival is to be no sooner than 2:00 pm and departure is to be no later then 11:00 am unless otherwise agreed upon. The $350 security deposit will be returned after the rental period is over and the property has been inspected to confirm that nothing has been damaged and/or lost.
If
there is damage and/or loss then the deposit will be held to pay
for such damage and/or loss. A
$100 cleaning fee will apply if the cottage requires cleaning
after you leave..
Any monies left over after
restoring the cottage to its original state will be returned to
the tenant. The tenant agrees not to have more then 6 people in or on the property at any given time without prior approval of the landlord. The following people will be using the cottage during the rental period. ____________________, __________________, ___________________, ___________________, __________________, ___________________.
The
tenant agrees to adhere to any fire restrictions and municipal
bylaws including the 11:00pm noise by-law. Failing to abide by
any of the terms in this agreement can be just cause for the
landlord to have the tenant removed from the property earlier
then agreed without refund. The tenant holds the landlord free
of all liabilities and rents the cottage at his own risk. WARNING: DO NOT PARK BEHIND THE COTTAGE BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE OUR SEPTIC BED IS AND IT WILL DAMAGE IT. THIS WILL CAUSE YOU TO FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO REPAIR COSTS. __________ (INNITIALS RREQUIRED)
Please note: payment for your week and the security deposit are due at the time of booking. If you cancel your reservation if we are able to re-rent your week we will refund your payment less a $100 cancellation fee. We turn away inquiries for the week you want once you book it so it causes us to potentially lose the opportunity to rent that week.
